Description Mr. Brock has served as our Vice President ? Planning and Investment since February 2005. Mr. Brock was Vice President ? Finance from October 2001 to January 2005, Vice President ? Financial Planning from January 2001 to September 2001, Director ? Financial Planning from February 1998 to December 2000 and Assistant Controller from September 1996 to January 1998. Prior to joining us, Mr. Brock worked for American Medical Response, Inc., or AMR, a national provider of ambulance services, as a corporate financial analyst from 1995 to 1996 and as an accounting manager and financial analyst from 1991 to 1995 with AMR of Connecticut, Inc., one of AMR?s four founding subsidiaries.
