Description Ignacio Antonanzas A. was appointed CEO of Enersis in October 2006. Mr. Antonanzas holds a degree in Mining Engineering with a major in energy and fuels from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. He started his career as a commodities trader. He joined Endesa Spain in 1994, having worked mainly during his professional career in generation and corporate strategy areas. He has been the CEO of Endesa Net Factory and Director of Endesa Italia. Until assuming his current position, he served as Deputy General Manager of Strategy for Endesa Spain.
