Description Irene R. Miller has been a Director of the Company since May 1995. Ms. Miller serves on the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Ms. Miller has been the Chief Executive Officer of Akim, Inc., an investment management and consulting firm, since July 1997. From September 1995 to June 1997, she was Vice Chairman of the Company as well as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, a position she held since September 1993.
