Description Mr. Manor has served as a member of the board of directors of the Company since 2003. Mr. Manor is a Deputy Chairman of IDB Holdings Corporation Ltd . A director of IDB Development Ltd, Discount Investments Corporation Ltd., Clal Industries and Investments Ltd. and various publicly-traded and privately-held companies within the IDB Group, the Israel Union Bank Ltd. and others. He also serves as chairman and as a director of companies in the David Lubinsky Group Ltd. Mr. Manor holds a masters degree in Business Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
