Description Ivan J. Wolpert, age 44, has been a director of the Company and of Elk since December 2005. Mr. Wolpert is a principal and founder of Belle Harbour Capital, LLC, a real estate investment firm. He has substantial experience in the real estate industry and currently owns both residential units and commercial property. After graduating from law school, he practiced real estate law and completed his legal career as Of Counsel at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.
