Description The investment objective of the Fund will match that of the Underlying Fund which is to seek above average capital appreciation while taking low to moderate risk. The investment objective of the Fund, which will generally be adhered to for a period of three years from the date of the Fund’s commencement to trade, will only be amended in exceptional circumstances and with reasonable notification to Shareholders. Any amendment to the investment objective or policy of the Fund will be in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Regulator and the Irish Stock Exchange.
