Description JUANITA T. JAMES (57) has served as a member of the Board since October 2007, as a member of the Compensation Committee since May 2008, and as a member of the Audit Committee since January 2009. Ms. James has served as the Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Pitney Bowes, Inc.
