Judy Lewent
Description Ms. Lewent, age 61, has been a director of the Company since May 2008. She was Chief Financial Officer of Merck & Co., Inc., a global pharmaceutical company, from 1990 until her retirement in 2007. She was also Executive Vice President of Merck from February 2001 through her retirement and had additional responsibilities as President, Human Health Asia from January 2003 until July 2005, when she assumed strategic planning responsibilities for Merck. Ms. Lewent is also a director of Dell, Inc. and Motorola, Inc. We believe that Ms. Lewent is well suited to serve on our Board due to her many years of global experience in finance and the pharmaceutical industry.
