Description Judy C. Odom, age 57, served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Software Spectrum, Inc., a computer software company, until 2002. She is a director of Harte Hanks Inc., a direct marketing company. Ms. Odom has been a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in business administration from Texas Tech University. Ms. Odom?s background in accounting, finance and as a board chair and CEO provide her with leadership and technical expertise to chair our Audit Committee. Her entrepreneurial and broad business experience in co-founding Software Spectrum and directing its growth into a global Fortune 1000 enterprise provides a valuable point of view.
