Julie Caponi
Description Ms. Caponi, age 47, has served as Vice President-Audit of Alcoa Inc., a producer of aluminum and aluminum products that is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, since 2005, and previously served as Assistant Controller. Before joining Alcoa in 2000, Ms. Caponi was an audit partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, principally serving clients in the financial services industry. Ms. Caponi joined our Board in 2007 and currently serves on our Audit Committee and Compensation and Human Resources Committee. She is also a Director of First Commonwealth Bank. Ms. Caponi earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
