From January 2002 to September 2008, Mr. Ramirez served as our President, Latin America. During his tenure, Mr. Ramirez has held several positions, including Senior Vice President of U.S. Franchise Operations and Development from February 2000 to December 2001 and President, Latin America from 1997 to 2000.
