Description Mr. Sorrel is Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Tailwind Capital, a private equity firm with approximately $2 billion under management. Mr. Sorrel was a general partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe from 1998-2002. Prior to May 1998, he was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley and the firm's private equity affiliate, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, where he had been employed since 1986.
