Description M. FRANK LYONS, 74, has served as a Director of the Company since 2002. Mr. Lyons served in various positions with the Company from 1959 until 1991, including 25 years as the President of Warrington Manufacturing one of the Company?s assembly/manufacturing facilities. From 1991 until his retirement in 2000, he was President of Evergreen Realty, Inc. Mr. Lyons has been associated with the Company for 51 of the 65 years of the Company?s existence.
