Description M. C. Harden, III, 57, has served since 1976 as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Harden & Associates, Inc. (?Harden & Associates?), an insurance broker and risk management and employee benefits consulting firm located in Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Harden also serves on a number of community and corporate boards, including the board of directors of Baptist Health System, Inc. Mr. Harden formerly served as chair of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Harden also served as chairman of the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission from 2003 to 2007.
