M. Jeannine Strandjord
Description Ms. Strandjord has served DST as a director since January 1996. Ms. Strandjord is a retired executive of Sprint Corporation, a telecommunications company. From September 2003 until her retirement in November 2005, she served Sprint as Senior Vice President and Chief Integration Officer. Prior to holding such office she served in various Sprint positions: Senior Vice President of Financial Services (between January 2003 and September 2003); Senior Vice President of Finance for the Global Markets Group (between November 1998 and December 2002); Senior Vice President and Treasurer (from 1990 to November 1998); and Vice-President and Controller (from 1986 through 1989).
