M. Mark Albert
Description Mr. Albert, 48, has been a director of the Company since 2007. He serves on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Company. Mr. Albert has been the managing director of TCW/Crescent Mezzanine, LLC, a mezzanine firm, since August of 2006. Prior thereto, he was managing director of Legacy Partners Group, LLC from February 2005 to July 2006, a partner of AV Advisory, LLC from July 2004 to February 2005, managing director of CIBC World Markets from March 2002 to June 2004 and Director of Leveraged Finance of Credit Suisse First Boston from October 1999 to February 2002. In his various capacities, Mr. Albert has advised and financed a number of food retailers in the western United States, including southern California. His experiences have given him an understanding and knowledge of the operations, financial statements and financial needs of various businesses, including food retailers in the western United States, including southern California, which has benefited the Company.
