Description Mr. Bell has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank since March 2005. He had previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Bank from 2003 to 2005, Senior Vice President ' Risk Management of the Bank in 2003 and Vice President - Risk Management of the Bank from 2002 to 2003. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Bell was employed from 1994 to 2002 as a Manager at the accounting firm of Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C.
