M. Thomas LeMasters
Description Tom LeMasters is a lifelong resident of Napa who began his career at Napa Valley Bank in 1986. Tom was Head of Retail Banking for The Mechanics Bank in Richmond, CA and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Bank of Marin. He received his A.A. degree from Napa Valley College, his B.A. from San Diego State University, and his M.B.A. from Saint Mary's College in Moraga. Tom is a member of Napa's noon Rotary Club and serves on the board of Napa Valley Youth Baseball, and the Napa High School Athletic Hall of Fame Foundation.
