Description James J. Gaffney, age 69, has been a director of the Company since August 2001 and has served as Chairman since February 2003. From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Gaffney served as a consultant to private investment funds affiliated with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in relation to investments by those funds in Viking Pacific Holdings Ltd. and Vermont Investments Limited, both New Zealand-based diversified holding companies.
