Description MYM China Trust (the "Trust") is an open-ended unit trust constituted under the laws of the Cayman Islands in accordance with the provisions of a Trust Deed dated 13 February 1998. The Trust may offer Units to investors on a continuing basis and the Trust Deed confers upon the holders of Units (the "Unitholders") the right to subscribe or redeem Units at a price based on the net asset value from time to time of the Trust. Pursuant to the Trust Deed, units have been authorized to be issued.
