Description Ms. Ma Fengqin, age 47, is a graduate of Dalian Electric Power Economic School, with a major in accounting. From 1990 to 1993, she worked at Dalian Thermo Engineering Company as its Chief Accountant. From 1992 to 2001, Ms. Ma served as Vice President of Dalian Chuming Industry Development Company. Since 2002 she has served as Chuming?s Vice President, and a member of the Board of Directors. Ms. Ma is married to Mr. Shi Huashan, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
