The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to capture the potential growth of small market capitalisation securities with exposure to any one or more countries in Asia by investing in (a) a portfolio of such small market capitalisation securities (“Small Cap securities”), and (b) a portfolio of such small market capitalisation securities that are listing in the public markets (primary market) or have been recently listed (secondary market) (“IPO securities”).
