Manoel Mota Fonseca
Description Mr. Fonseca was elected as a member of our fiscal council as a nominee of Norquisa and Odebrecht. He served as president of our fiscal council in 2003 and 2004. Mr. Fonseca has been a partner of the law firm Mota Fonseca e Advogados since 1990 and previously served as legal and tax counsel of Coopers & Lybrand, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes. Mr. Fonseca holds a law degree from the Universidade de Sao Paulo, and a post-graduate degree in tax law from Fundacao Getulio Vargas.
