Description Manuel Mej?a-Aoun has served as Chief Investment Officer of Bladex Asset Management, Inc. since November 2005 and as a Director of Bladex Asset Management since 2008. Mr. Mej?a-Aoun has over 24 years of investment experience in emerging markets. Prior to joining the Bank, he was Chief Executive Officer of Maxblue, Deutsche Bank?s first personal financial consultancy business, focusing on high net worth investors in Latin America. Prior to that, he headed the Latin American Foreign Exchange and Local Money Markets Sales and Trading Group at Deutsche Bank. In 1995, Mr. Mej?a-Aoun served as Chief Emerging Markets Strategist at Merrill Lynch, covering fixed income securities in Latin America, Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia.
