Marc Graboyes, J.D.
Description Marc H. Graboyes has served as the Company's Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since February 2008, and served as the Company's Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from October 2004 to January 2008. From 2000 to October 2004, Mr. Graboyes was an attorney with Cooley Godward LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law and served as outside counsel to the Company. Prior to joining Cooley Godward, Mr. Graboyes practiced corporate and securities law with several other national law firms. Mr. Graboyes earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and received his B.S. in Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
