Marcel Urbanc
Description Mr. Urbanc obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1985 after articling with Arthur Andersen & Co. for 3 years. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Urbanc served as Controller and then VP Finance & CFO of Oasis Technology Ltd., a software company involved in transaction processing from 1994 to 2002. During his tenure at Oasis private equity funding of approximately $45,000,000 was raised. Mr Urbanc has been with the Company since March 2003. On May 17, 2010, Marcel Urbanc resigned as Chief Financial Officer of AlphaRx Inc. Mr. Urbanc will serve as Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Orient Capital Inc.
