Description Ms. Hefter is a partner in the law firm Esseks, Hefter & Angel, LLP with offices in Riverhead and Water Mill, New York. She is Chairperson of the Company?s Board of Directors and serves on the Compensation Committee. Prior to becoming Chairperson of the Company?s board, Ms. Hefter served as Vice Chairperson. Ms. Hefter has been a Director of the Company since 1989 and a Director of the Bank since 1988. Ms. Hefter is a graduate of Boston University and New York University School of Law.
