Ms. Dilley has in-depth experience with strategic planning, financial management and corporate governance. She has served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors of Astrolink International, LLC, (a satellite telecommunications company) as well as Director of Strategy & Corporate Development and Treasurer of INTELSAT, and as Treasurer and Director of Finance of Comsat.
