Mari Ellis
Description Mari Ellis joined the Company in February 2008 and currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Technology and Development. Prior to joining the Company, from March 2007 to November 2007, Ms. Ellis was the Senior Vice President, Payment Products of Blackhawk Network, a prepaid and payments network. From December 1997 to November 2006, Ms. Ellis held various positions at First Data Corporation, including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (First Data Pre-Paid Services) from April 2005 to November 2006, Senior Vice President Enterprise Business Integration Office (Concord EFS acquisition integration) from April 2003 to April 2005, and Senior Vice President New Business Implementations (First Data Resources) from January 2001 to March 2003.
