Maria Shields
Description Maria T. Shields has been our Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance and Administration since September 1998. Previously, she served as our Corporate Controller since September 1994 and as a Vice President since May 1998. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Shields held various positions as a CPA with Deloitte and Touche LLP, including that of Audit Manager. Ms. Shields serves as a Director of the First National Bank Pittsburgh Community Board. Ms. Shields holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
