Description MARIANNE M. PARRS, retired, has been a director of the Company since April 2008. She has held a number of executive and management positions at International Paper Company since 1974, including Executive Vice President with responsibility for Information Technology, Global Sourcing, Global Supply Chain?Delivery from 1999 to 2005 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2005 until the end of 2007. Ms. Parrs also serves on the boards of CIT Group Inc., Signet Jewelers Limited, the Rise Foundation in Memphis, Tennessee, and the Leadership Academy in Memphis, Tennessee.
