Description Mr. Bryson served as Chairman, President and CEO of Edison International (electric power generator and distributor), the parent company of Southern California Edison, from 1990 until 2008. Mr. Bryson is also on the boards of The Walt Disney Company and CODA Automotive. He is a trustee of the California Institute of Technology, a director of the W.M.
