Mr. Rosati serves on the Board of Directors of Aehr Test Systems, a manufacturer of computer hardware testing systems, Symyx Technologies, Inc., a combinatorial materials science company, and Vivus, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, all publicly-held companies.
