Description In August 2007, Mr. Smith was named Lead Director of the Board. He served from 1989 in various senior executive positions with Warner-Lambert Company, most recently as Corporate Executive Vice President and as a member of the Office of the Chairman and of Warner Lambert?s Management Committee, until his retirement in 1997. Mr. Smith was a director of HLTH Corporation (formerly Emdeon Corporation) from 2000 until 2009, when HLTH merged with WebMD Health Corp., a provider of health care information services, at which point Mr. Smith became a director of WebMD Health. Mr. Smith serves on the Board of Trustees of the International Longevity Center, a non-profit organization. He received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
