Mark Amin
Description Mark Amin has served on our Board of Directors since completion of our IPO in October 2007. Since 2000, Mr. Amin has served as Vice Chairman of the board of directors of Lionsgate Entertainment, a producer and distributor of motion pictures. In 2001, Mr. Amin founded and has since served as Chief Executive Officer of Sobini Films, a private financier and producer of motion pictures. In 1999, Mr. Amin also founded and has since served as Chairman of CinemaNow, Inc., a provider of feature films through the internet and video-on-demand.
