Description Mark R. Bernstein, age 79, has served as a director since 1980. He is Of Counsel with the law firm of Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein L.L.P. Prior to his January 2002 retirement, he was Chairman of the law firm and a partner in the firm. Mr. Bernstein was elected as the Lead Director of the Board of Directors in August 2004.
