Mark Emkjer
Description Mark J. Emkjer is currently the CEO of the Health Services Division of WebMD. From May 2004 to January 2009 he was CEO, President and Board Member of Accelrys, Inc., a software company serving the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Prior to Accelrys, Mr. Emkjer was the President and CEO of Sunquest, a public company listed on Nasdaq that develops laboratory and pharmacy information systems for hospitals worldwide. Mr. Emkjer has held executive-level positions with other companies since graduating with a Masters in Business Administration and International Finance from the University of Miami in Florida.
