Description Mark N. Greene. Director since February 2007; Age 55. Since February 2007, Dr. Greene has served as the Company?s Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. From 1995 to 2007, Dr. Greene held various leadership positions in the financial services industry segment and software business groups at IBM. Prior to joining IBM, he served in leadership roles with Technology Solutions Company, Berkeley Investment Technologies, and Citicorp. From 1982 until 1988, he was an economist with the Federal Reserve Board. He received his bachelor?s degree from Amherst and his master?s and doctorate degrees from the University of Michigan.
