Mark Grossi
Description Mr. Grossi was named Chairman of the Board of the Company and the Bank in January 2009. Since 2004, Mr. Grossi has been providing consulting services to financial services companies. From 1992 to 2004, Mr. Grossi served as Executive Vice President, Chief Retail Banking Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Charter One Bank, N.A. Prior to joining Charter One, Mr. Grossi was President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of First American Savings Bank from 1987 to 1992. Mr. Grossi serves as a trustee for Walsh University, the Greater Cleveland Boy Scouts of America and Lake Ridge Academy.
