Mark Heggestad
Description Mark A. Heggestad has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2006. Mr. Heggestad has over 20 years of experience in financial leadership roles in the medical device industry. From 1987 to 2006, he served in various management positions at Medtronic, Inc., a global leader in medical technologies, including Vice President of Finance and IT for the Cardiac Surgery Business, Vice President of Corporate Audit & Compliance Assurance and Vice President of Corporate Finance, Assistant Controller.
