Description Mark H. Lundy (age 47) has been our General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since March 2007 and a Senior Vice President since March 2005. From 1993 to March 2005 he was a Vice President. He has been the Secretary of One Liberty Properties, Inc. since June 1993 and he also serves as a Senior Vice President of One Liberty Properties, Inc. Mr. Lundy has been a Vice President of Georgetown Partners, Inc. (currently Senior Vice President) since July 1990. He is a member of the bars of New York and Washington, D.C.
