Mark Mays
Description Mark P. Mays, age 46, has served as our Chief Executive Officer since August 2005 and has been a member of our Board since April 1997. Mr. M. Mays has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel Communications, Inc., our indirect parent company, since October 2004. Prior thereto, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. from February 1997 to October 2004 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from October 2004 to February 2006 until he was reappointed as President in January 2010. On July 30, 2008, Clear Channel Communications, Inc. completed its merger (the Merger ) with a subsidiary of CC Media. Upon the closing of the Merger, Mr. M. Mays became a director and the Chief Executive Officer of CC Media. Mr.M.Mays has served on the Board of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. since May 1998. On June 23, 2010, CC Media Holdings, Inc., the indirect parent of Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc., announced that Mark P. Mays has decided to step down from his role as President and Chief Executive Officer.
