Description Mr. McCutcheon is Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company and President of Golden Flake Snack Foods, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 4, 2001 and as President of Golden Flake since November 1, 1998. He has been employed by Golden Flake since 1980. On July 22, 2010 The Board of Directors of Golden Enterprises elected Mark McCutcheon as the new Chairman of the Company.
