Description Mark S. Menell has been one of GSI?s directors since April 2000. Mr. Menell has been a partner of Rustic Canyon Partners, a venture capital firm, since January 2000. From August 1990 to January 2000, Mr. Menell was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, most recently as principal and co-head of Morgan Stanley?s Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group, in Menlo Park, CA. Mr. Menell is also a director of Betawave Corporation. Mr. Menell provides knowledge about the technology services, consumer internet and software industries and advice about capital markets, financings and corporate development strategies. He has significant mergers and acquisitions experience especially with respect to technology services, internet and software companies.
