Description Mark E. Nunnelly has served on our Board of Directors since December 1998, and also serves on the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Nunnelly is a Managing Director of Bain Capital, a global investment company. Mr. Nunnelly serves on the Boards of Directors of Dunkin? Brands, Inc., Warner Music and OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC, as well as a number of private companies and not-for-profit corporations. Mr. Nunnelly also previously served on the Boards of Directors of DoubleClick, Inc., Eschelon Telecom, Inc., Houghton-Mifflin Company and UGS Corp.
