Mark Peterson
Description Mark A. Peterson, 46, was appointed our Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in 2006 and has been a Vice President since 2004. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Peterson was with American Italian Pasta Company (?AIPC?), a publicly traded manufacturing company, most recently serving as Vice President-Accounting and Finance. Mr. Peterson was Chief Financial Officer of JC Nichols Company, a real estate company headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, from 1995 until its acquisition by Highwoods Properties, Inc. in 1998.
