Mark Rosborough
Description Mark N. Rosborough (61) has served as a Director of the Company and the Bank since completion of the mergers of FNB and its subsidiary into the Company and the Bank on January 14, 2005. Prior to the merger, Mr. Rosborough served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of FNB and its subsidiary. Mr. Rosborough is President of J. T. Rosborough Insurance Agency. He is also a partner in Rosborough Rentals, Penrose and TISA. He has served on the advisory council for two major insurance carriers, and currently serves on the MEMIC Advisory Board and is Treasurer of The Open Door Recovery. He has served on the Ellsworth City Council, as well as the Ellsworth Chamber of Commerce and the American Red Cross for Hancock and Waldo Counties.
