Mark Rosen
Description Mr. Rosen has served as a director since June 2005. He co-founded Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, a private investment firm, in 1998, and currently serves as a Managing Director. Prior to the formation of Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, Mr. Rosen was a Managing Director of Harvard Private Capital Group.
