Description Mark A. Schroeder, 56, has served as a director of the Company since 1991, as its Chief Executive Officer since 1999 and as its Chairman since 2009. Mr. Schroeder, who was certified as a public accountant in Indiana in 1995, has 38 years of day-to-day banking experience with the Company, including officer positions in commercial lending and as the Company's chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Mr. Schroeder is active in Indiana and national industry organizations, including the boards of directors of leading state (1999-2010) and national (2004-2010) community banking industry associations, and has served on the Board of Members of the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions since 2007.
