Mark Waldron
Description Mark Waldron has served as a director of the Company since August 2000 and he currently serves as a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Waldron also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company between August 2000 and January 2003. Since 1998, Mr. Waldron's principal occupation has been as a private investor. Mr. Waldron is the President of Woodfield Development Corporation, a real estate development company. Mr. Waldron is a former Vice President of J.P. Morgan in New York and was with the firm from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Waldron received his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and prior to attending business school worked in the derivatives capital markets group of Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank).
